At Go Bananas we want you to be completely satisfied with the online purchases you make with us. You may return the item for a refund less original shipping charges, or exchange the item if it was a gift within 30 days from the time you received your purchase provided the item is in its original condition, all tags still attached, and in unopened packaging. Please keep all packing materials if possible, the packing slip and receipt.
How to Return or Exchange an Item:
Use the original packing material if possible, include the packing slip as it serves as your receipt. Make a note of the RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE on the packing slip. For your protection, we recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier, like UPS or USPS. Mail the package to:

Once we receive your item we will process your return/exchange and refund the credit the card you used within 3-5 days after receipt of the returned package. However, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Damaged / Incorrect Items:
All returns must be approved via email regardless of the reason. If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, please contact us via email so that we can understand and correct the problem. Once the return is approved, pack up the return with all packaging, and include the original packing slip. Please make a note of the RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE on the packing slip. Carefully pack the item, and return it directly to us. We will refund your money plus original shipping charges.
Special Note: unless the return/exchange is due to an error or a defective item, we cannot refund originial shipping charges
